· A structured framework for conducting/undergoing data privacy and security due diligence including, conducting a data map, reviewing privacy policies, assessing the target company’s vendors, evaluating the target company’s procedures for addressing privacy requests, and assessing the target company’s cybersecurity.

· A structured framework for conducting/undergoing IP due diligence, including different considerations based on technical subject matter that includes ownership, offensive review, third-party patent risk, and trade secret protection.

· Checklists for conducting data privacy, security and IP due diligence
