GIPC, in its eight year, is an annual meeting platform for Board-level IP managers, IP regulators and policy makers, as well as IP experts, litigators, investors and their advisers in a dialogue designed to discuss best practices and solutions to enhance IP management strategies. The event will take place January 7-9, 2016, in New Delhi, India.
On Friday, January 8, 2016, Orange County Partner Daniel E. Altman and Orange County Associate Harnik Shukla, will deliver a session titled, "Bio-Technology and Challenges of Genetically Modified Food and Public Health".
