Join Knobbe Martens on January 12, 2017 to wrap-up the MCLE year with a breakfast session, which includes 1 hour on Competence Issues, 1 hour on Elimination of Bias and a half-hour 2016 IP year in review.

Licensed attorney and clinical psychologist, Dr. Alex Yufik, will speak on competence issues, including depression and substance abuse, and their effect within the legal profession. This conversation will be followed by a presentation by Professor Christine Goodman, Professor at Pepperdine School of Law, who will discuss the recognition and process of elimination of bias within the legal profession, especially in trial practice. The seminar will be concluded by Knobbe Martens Partner, Joe Re, who will discuss the 2016 IP year in review.
