Rachel Zacuto is an associate in the firm’s Orange County office and is a member of the firm’s trademark practice group. Her practice focuses on domestic and international trademarks, copyright, unfair competition, and licensing.
Rachel received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School. During law school, Rachel worked as a student practitioner registering trademarks and assisting with an opposition proceeding before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
Rachel worked as a summer associate in 2021 and joined the firm in 2022.
