Jeffery Hallstrom is a partner in the firm’s Orange County office. Mr. Hallstrom’s practice focuses on IP strategy and patent prosecution in the fields of optical systems, medical imaging systems, fluid dynamics, electronic control systems, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), displays, mobile device accessories, semiconductor fabrication, medical connectors, medical devices, sporting equipment, power boats, automotive components, 3D viewings and imaging systems, eyewear and lenses, antennas, communications systems, and consumer products.
During law school, Mr. Hallstrom was a member of the BYU Law Review and was a co-president of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association. During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Hallstrom developed a program for using a genetic algorithm to optimize the design of multilayer thin film mirrors.
Mr. Hallstrom joined the firm in 2008 and became a partner in 2014.
