On Thursday, March 12, Orange County Partners Andrew Kimmel and Andrew Lloyd will speak at the Octane's Startup Series, "Building a Technology Startup". Mr. Kimmel and Mr. Lloyd will discuss IP strategies for tech start-up companies. Topics will include best practices for ensuring that the company owns exclusive rights to its technology, creating a valuable patent portfolio, and evaluating and minimizing the risk of third party patent infringement.
