Shritika Dahal is a member of the firm’s trademark group. Her practice encompasses a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, including dispute resolution, clearance and prosecution, and brand enforcement.

Before entering private practice, Shritika gained in-house experience with leading fashion brands, where she worked on trademark and licensing agreements, compliance audits, and intellectual property strategies for marketing campaigns. She also has experience in healthcare regulatory matters and technology law, giving her a unique perspective on IP issues in emerging industries.
