IRVINE, Calif., November 22, 2024 – Knobbe Martens is pleased to share that partners Steve Jensen and Joseph Re have been named to the OC500, Orange County Business Journal’s annual list of “the 500 most influential people in Orange County.”
Mr. Jensen and Mr. Re were both recognized for their roles in leading the Knobbe Martens teams representing Orange County-based health technology company Masimo Corp. in a series of litigation matters against Apple, Inc. Among other noteworthy successes, earlier this year the team represented Masimo in a case before the International Trade Commission, which resulted in an import ban on Apple watches that were found to infringe Masimo’s patented pulse oximetry technology. The firm was recently shortlisted at the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers North America 2024 Awards for this success.
