Jared Bunker is a litigation partner in the firm’s Orange County office.
Jared represents inventors and companies in disputes relating to patents, trade secrets, copyrights, and trademarks. His primary focus is patent litigation in the pharmaceutical, automotive, and medical device fields. He represents clients in district courts throughout the country, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Jared enjoys serving on the Board of Directors for Community Legal Aid SoCal (www.communitylegalsocal.org), an organization that provides free legal services to low-income individuals in Orange and Southeast Los Angeles Counties, and he currently serves as its Chief Financial Officer. Jared also enjoys representing military veterans on a pro bono basis before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He is Policy Monitor for the Patent Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association, and he regularly lectures on intellectual property topics. He is married and has three children, including two teenagers.
Jared joined the firm in 2006, and became a partner in 2012.

Speeches & Seminars
Mr. Bunker has given several speeches on intellectual property issues at conferences organized by the American Conference Institute and the Intellectual Property Law Section of the American Bar Association. He also lectures extensively for local bar associations, including ACC-SoCal and OCBA. He is a policy monitor for the Patent Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association.
