IRVINE, CALIF., April 28, 2023 – Knobbe Martens is pleased to share that Managing Intellectual Property named the firm the Trademark Disputes Firm of the Year and the Trademark Disputes – (West) Firm of the Year, and honored litigation partner Joseph Re as Litigator of the Year in California, at the 2023 Managing IP Americas Awards, held last night in New York.
These honors follow the earlier announcement that the firm had been shortlisted by Managing IP in the above categories in addition to “PTAB Firm of the Year”, “Patent Disputes Firm of the Year – West”, and “Litigator of the Year – Washington State” (Colin Heideman).
These are the latest recognitions for Knobbe Martens’ industry-leading trademark practice. Earlier this month, the practice was recognized both in California and nationally by Managing IP in the publication’s 2023 IP STARS rankings.
