William B. Scoville

Will is a member of the firm’s trademark practice group. His practice focuses on trademark prosecution and litigation. He also provides guidance to clients on several other topics, such as domain name disputes and general IP strategy.

Will earned his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, cum laude. While in law school, Will also earned a Masters of Sports Law and Business (M.S.L.B.) and was a member of the Arizona State Law Journal, where he served as the Business Editor. Upon his graduation, he received a certificate in Law, Science and Technology. He also engaged in pro bono work assisting entrepreneurs with their intellectual property matters as part of the university’s Innovation Advancement Clinic.

Will earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government and History from Georgetown University, magna cum laude, where he specialized in international relations and American history.

Will worked as a summer associate in 2023 before joining the firm in 2024.
