Overview
武文韬于2017年毕业于复旦大学物理系并取得学士学位，2019年在哥伦比亚大学工程学院取得电气工程硕士学位，并于2024年在加州大学戴维斯分校法学院取得职业法律博士学位。她的工作专注于帮助客户申请电气电子工程、计算机软件与信息技术、凝聚态物理、半导体、光学、先进材料等相关技术领域的专利。武文韬曾在2023年暑假在本所实习并于2024年加入本所。
Wentao Wu is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office. Wentao helps clients with a variety of intellectual property matters with a focus on patent prosecution in electrical and electronics engineering, computer science and software technology, semiconductors, optics, advanced materials, and other areas of physics and engineering.
Wentao received her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where she earned a Business Law Certificate and an Intellectual Property Law Certificate. During law school, she also served as a Senior Articles Editor for the UC Davis Business Law Journal.
Before attending law school, Wentao received her B.S. in Physics from Fudan University and her M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University. She also worked as an associate patent agent at a patent law firm in China.
Wentao worked as a summer associate with the firm in 2023 and joined the firm in 2024.
