Overview
Henrik Keshishian is a patent scientist based in our San Diego office. Prior to joining the firm, he gained extensive experience in both in-house intellectual property roles and at law firms, where he focused on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications and the management of patent portfolios across a wide range of technologies, including wireless communications, semiconductors, autonomous driving, consumer health and wellness devices, e-commerce, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
Before transitioning into intellectual property law, Henrik worked as an R&D engineer at multinational technology companies. His technical work involved the development of wireless communication devices and networks, manufacturing processes, testing and verification, as well as FPGA development for ASIC and software development and verification.
To deepen his understanding of the legal landscape impacting intellectual property, Henrik earned his J.D. in 2019. Having passed the California Bar exam, Henrik is currently in the process of completing his California Bar application for licensure.
