Professional Profile 

Loni Morrow practices in many areas of intellectual property law relating to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, focusing on litigation including pharmaceutical patent disputes arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act.  She helps clients obtain patents, trademarks, and copyrights and also aids clients in negotiating licenses and other agreements.

Loni represents clients in a wide range of industries and fields, including fashion, jewelry, entertainment, cosmetics, chemical and biochemical products/processes, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and fine arts.

Before attending law school, Loni worked as an engineer and project manager in the industries of consumer products and medical devices for 3M Company.  She also aided the Chemical Engineering Department at the University of Arizona in researching both bioremediation of acid mine drainage and semiconductor scrubbing. 

Loni is an editor and contributor for the firm's Fashion & Beauty Blog. Ms. Morrow worked as a summer associate at the firm in 2011 and joined the firm in 2012.
