She is a trusted advisor who provides high level strategic advice in all aspects of intellectual property law for companies across different industries. Her focus on developing creative legal solutions that are in line with a company’s business goals has helped clients navigate through IP issues at various stages of growth from startup to IPO.
Linda’s practice includes general counseling on infringement issues, procurement of patents and trademarks (domestic and international), intellectual property portfolio development and management, and enforcement and defense of intellectual property rights. Linda also has extensive experience in developing licensing structures and negotiating license agreements in various technology and product categories.
