Lesley Kim’s practice focuses on foreign and domestic trademark clearance, prosecution and enforcement, global portfolio management, proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), intellectual property transactions and licensing, copyright, counterfeit enforcement, and domain name disputes. She advises individuals, start-ups and major corporations in a diverse set of industries, including food and beverage, fashion, beauty, medical devices, real estate and finance, pharmaceuticals, information technology and telecommunications. Striving to serve both as legal counsel and business advisor, Lesley dedicates time to understanding her client’s business values, objectives, market and consumers. She is proactive in developing effective and efficient strategies that align with her client’s business and achieve its specific goals.
Lesley received her law degree from UCLA School of Law, where she served as an editor for the Asian Pacific American Law Journal and the Entertainment Law Review. She was also a student practitioner in the USPTO Trademark Clinic. Prior to law school, Lesley earned a degree in business administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California. She specialized in marketing and cinematic arts, and also received a minor in advertising.
Lesley worked as a summer associate at the firm in 2015 and joined the firm in 2016.
