Before attending law school at the University of Michigan, Keith received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, worked at Lockheed Martin Corporation as an electrical engineer and programmer, where he graduated from the Lockheed Martin Leadership Development Program, completed his Master’s degree in Systems Engineering at Cornell University, obtained his own patent, and became the youngest member of Lockheed Martin’s Patent Review Board. Keith's technical experience involves FPGA firmware coding, system architecture for transceivers, RF path analysis and RF component selection/assessment, Matlab and C++ coding, and hands-on integration and test for radar systems, sonar systems, maritime systems, and a space fence design.
