Juliana H. Kirby

Juliana Kirby is an associate in our Orange County Office. Juliana assists clients with a variety of intellectual property matters, including patent and trademark litigation.

Juliana received her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she was also an editor of the Alabama Law Review and on the executive board of the Intellectual Property Law Society. Before attending law school, Juliana received a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Auburn University, where she researched biochemical pathways in bacteria.

Juliana joined the firm in 2023 after spending her 2L summer as a summer associate.
