Professional Profile 

Diana E. Wade is an associate in the firm's Orange County office.

Before attending law school, Ms. Wade worked in New York City as the theatrical distribution coordinator for Rialto Pictures. She was the project manager of the "Women Film Pioneers Project", an online encyclopedia produced by Columbia University which focuses on the achievements of women who worked in the silent cinema industry. She is a producer of two award-winning films. She contributes to film scholarship as a staff editor for the international journal, "Cinema & Cie", and has published an article on the impact of digital filmmaking on cinema spectatorship in the journal "Semiotic Inquiry".    

During law school she was a senior clinical intern for the USC IP & Technology Law Clinic and a Legal Writing Fellow for USC's Legal Writing Program. She studied international trade law and IP at Bocconi University in Milan.

Ms. Wade worked as a summer associate at the firm in 2014 and joined the firm in 2015.
