Overview
Daniel works with mechanical, aeronautic, and biomedical industry leaders to protect their patentable concepts in the global market, and has additional experience working in optics, manufacturing methods, and aesthetic applications. His practice includes patent drafting, coordination with the USPTO, and due diligence matters. Daniel is an active member in the Octane Tech Forums for Aesthetics and Ophthalmology, where he has presented in breakout rooms to advise innovators on recent developments in relevant law.
Daniel’s undergraduate studies focused on mechanical and aerospace engineering, where he authored a thesis regarding carbon fiber manufacturing methods and satellite manufacturing methods under a work-study program.
While in law school, he was involved in moot court and worked with a wide range of clients representing their interests in both a Domestic Violence Clinic and an Environmental Law Clinic.
