Amanda Taylor focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation. She has litigation experience that spans from Hatch-Waxman litigation to matters that involve medical devices, chemical compounds, and biotechnology. She assists clients in all phases of litigation that proceed in front of U.S. District Courts, State Courts, Appellate Courts, and the International Trade Commission.
Amanda received her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in May 2022 where she served as an Executive Articles Editor for The Journal of Law and Policy. While in law school, Amanda was a member of the Intellectual Property Clinic at WashULaw where she worked with multiple clients on matters in all different areas of Intellectual Property Law.
She attended Texas Tech University for both her Undergraduate Degree in Psychology and her Graduate Degree in Business Administration with a STEM specialization.
