Overview
As a member of the firm’s trademark group, Cassidy focuses on brand protection in all aspects. She assists clients with domestic and international trademark portfolio management, including prosecution and enforcement, as well as copyright portfolio management.
While in law school, Cassidy served as a senior editor of the BYU law review, as well as a TA for the first year Legal Research and Writing courses. Cassidy’s undergraduate studies focused on English and creative writing. She also studied classical voice and completed a minor in vocal performance.
