Overview
As a member of the firm’s Trademark and Brand Protection Group, Stella focuses her practice on trademark prosecution and enforcement, copyright, unfair competition, and licensing.
Stella received her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, where she was co-President of the Tech Law Society, Vice President of the First Generation Law Student Society, and a Managing Editor for the Washington Journal of Law, Technology, & Arts. During law school, Stella worked for Gallagher Law Library as a collections, resource, and information management specialist and as a student practitioner in the Technology Law and Public Policy Clinic.
