Priyanka Menon

Priyanka is an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation group at Knobbe Martens, focusing on trademark enforcement, brand protection, and disputes involving trademark infringement, unfair competition and copyrights. Priyanka has over a decade of experience as a trademark paralegal known for providing comprehensive support in trademark prosecution, portfolio management, and intellectual property enforcement.  At Knobbe Martens, Priyanka supports clients across various industries, including fashion, technology, and consumer goods, helping protect and defend valuable brand assets in federal court and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Priyanka brings a nuanced understanding of the judicial process honed as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Todd W. Robinson of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. During her clerkship, Priyanka gained invaluable insight into courtroom procedures, judicial decision-making, and legal research and writing.  She drafted bench memoranda, assisted in drafting opinions, and reviewed case filings on various legal issues, equipping her with a deep appreciation for trial and pre-trial practices. During law school, she also worked as an extern for the Honorable John C. Coughenour of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington and the Honorable Virginia M. Kendall of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Priyanka earned her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law and LL.M. from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law.
