Nicole’s experience as a patent examiner within the computer architecture and software division at the United States Patent and Trademark Office enables her to give clients insightful advice with respect to prosecution strategy. Nicole’s technical background also enables her to advise a wide range of clients on the integration of cutting-edge technologies and areas of growth within their respective industries. While most of her work is in the software space, she has experience and an equal passion for the design, fashion, and beauty industries.
