Overview
Holly Gordon assists clients in resolving disputes involving trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, and domain names. She participates in all aspects of trademark and copyright litigation and enforcement, including pre-litigation counseling, discovery, motion practice, trial, and settlement. Holly regularly represents clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the US Patent and Trademark Office and in federal court litigation. She also works closely with local counsel around the world to protect the intellectual property interests of her clients.
She has experience working with clients in various fields including food & beverage, pharmaceutical, consumer products, software, media, sports, entertainment, and fine arts.
