Overview
As a member of the firm’s Trademark and Brand Protection group, Dillon focuses her practice on domestic and international trademark prosecution and enforcement, as well as matters involving copyright, licensing, and right of publicity.
During law school, she served as Associate Editor-in-Chief of the Washington Journal of Law, Technology & Arts, Vice President of Membership for the Women’s Law Caucus, and a member of the Moot Court Honor Board. As Captain of the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team, she led her team in international contract dispute competitions in Hong Kong and Vienna. Dillon also gained practical experience as a student practitioner in the Technology Law and Public Policy Clinic.
Before attending law school, Dillon worked as a middle school science teacher, where she taught integrated subjects including physics, chemistry, biology, earth science, and planetary science.
