Ted M. Cannon is a partner in our Orange County office.
Mr. Cannon helps clients to enforce their intellectual property rights and to defend against charges of infringement. He represents intellectual property owners and defendants within a range of industries, including the computer, mechanical device, and financial services sectors. He has litigated patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes in federal and state trial and appeals courts.
Mr. Cannon also helps clients obtain patents, and provides client counseling and opinion services for patent matters related to computer software, e-commerce, and business methods. Mr. Cannon is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Cannon joined the firm in 2002 and became a partner in 2008.
