Josué A. Villalta focuses on patent protection, including patent prosecution, patent portfolio management, IP due diligence and general counseling on infringement issues. He represents clients in a wide range of technologies, including medical devices.
Before joining the firm, Josué was a senior mechanical engineer with General Electric's Power Generation division, where he performed heat transfer and fluid dynamics analyses of commercial nuclear power plants under transient operating conditions.
Josué joined the firm in 2002 and became a partner in 2008.
