The LSPN Awards recognize individuals and organizations that demonstrate “excellence, innovation, and leadership in life sciences IP [and] are shaping the future of [life sciences] patent protection.”
Knobbe Martens received two shortlistings in the “Case of the Year” category for obtaining successful verdicts on behalf of clients in the life sciences industry, including jury trial wins for medical device pioneer Masimo and x-ray technology innovator Sigray. Further, the firm is shortlisted for “Life Sciences Prosecution Firm of the Year”.
Winners will be recognized at an awards ceremony in Boston on April 30.
