In addition to this honor, Knobbe Martens also earned two shortlistings at the LSPN Awards for “Case of the Year”, demonstrating the firm’s standout work representing clients in the life sciences industry in complex IP disputes. The recognized cases included the firm’s $634 million verdict for medical technology pioneer Masimo in a patent infringement win against Apple, as well as a decisive success for innovative x-ray technology company Sigray in a patent and trade secret dispute.
