IRVINE, Calif., February 17, 2026 – Masimo Corporation, a leading global medical device innovator, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which Danaher Corporation will acquire Masimo for $180.00 per share in cash, representing a total consideration of $9.9 billion. Masimo will become a standalone business unit and brand within Danaher’s Diagnostics segment strengthening Danaher’s offering in acute care settings.
