The awards recognize firms and practitioners throughout the Americas for their “remarkable IP achievements and developments in the last year.”
The firm was shortlisted in the following categories:
- National IP Boutique Firm of the Year
- National Firm of the Year – Patent Prosecution
- Firm of the Year – Patent Prosecution (West)
- Firm of the Year – Patent Disputes (West)
- Firm of the Year – Trademark Prosecution (West)
- Firm of the Year – Trademark Disputes (West)
In addition, partners Melanie Seelig and Lynda Zadra-Symes were shortlisted for “Patent Prosecutor (West)” and “Trademark Litigator (West)”, respectively.
Winners will be announced during an awards dinner in New York City on April 9. Last year, the firm received the award for “Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year (West)”.
