Mallon will be a panelist at the IPO Committee breakout session titled, “Patent Pro’s Ideal Patent – Or, Why We Can Never Be Happy” Monday, September 8, from 1:45 p.m. – 3:15 p.m. Mallon is a member of IPO’s U.S. Patent Office Practice Committee and co-author of the IPO white paper “Compact Prosecution 2.0.”
Re will be a panelist at the breakout session titled “Recent Supreme Court Patent Case Law Update” Monday, September 8, from 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Re has written and spoken extensively on patent law and trial practice and procedure, and has authored numerous appellate briefs on behalf of the American Intellectual Property Law Association as amicus curiae before the Supreme Court of the United States and various appellate courts.
