IRVINE, Calif., October 15, 2024 – Knobbe Martens is proud to share that partner Jeremiah Helm has been appointed to the Advisory Council for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Mr. Helm was appointed by Chief Judge Kimberly A. Moore for a three-year term, effective October 1.
The Advisory Council reviews, studies, and makes recommendations regarding the Federal Circuit Rules of Practice and Internal Operating Procedures of the Court, and serves as a conduit between the public and the Court regarding the Court’s procedural rules. Mr. Helm has appeared before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on a number of occasions, and has argued over a dozen cases before the Court. Earlier in his career, he served as a law clerk for Judge Moore.
