Mr. Re is also an experienced appellate advocate and has argued dozens of appeals over the past thirty years. He has also served as the President of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Federal Circuit Bar Association.
Mauricio Uribe has extensive experience in comprehensive client counseling in all aspects of intellectual property law, with a business-focused approach to client representation. He is a thought leader and frequent lecturer/author on various intellectual property topics. Mr. Uribe has engaged in numerous licensing strategy and license negotiations for various clients.
