He has over 20 years of experience representing clients in federal courts and jury trials throughout the United States and in European patent proceedings. Boris is on the forefront of the new federal trade secrets legislation and has been litigating numerous trade secret misappropriation cases and advising clients on best practices for protecting and maintaining trade secrets.
Michael Fuller, recognized as a San Diego “Super Lawyer” for his work in intellectual property law, is highly regarded for his expertise in obtaining, licensing, and managing due diligence on patents involving molecular biology and computer science. Benjamin Anger was recognized for the third year in a row as a San Diego “Rising Star” for his work in intellectual property litigation. His practice primarily focuses on patent litigation for pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Ben also has deep experience in representing clients in post-grant proceedings before the USPTO’s Patent Trial & Appeal Board.
Christopher DiLeo was recognized as a San Diego “Rising Star” for his work in intellectual property law with a primary emphasis on protection strategies for computer, software, and network systems. In addition to helping his clients acquire, monetize and enforce IP rights, he also advises clients on data privacy, terms of use, section 101 and advanced prosecution strategies, along with other technology transactional matters.
Maria Stout, recognized as a San Diego “Rising Star” for her work in intellectual property law, is also a professor of law, former Naval Officer and mechanical engineer. She advises on patent and other IP prosecution, strategic planning and management, including licensing and offensive and defensive tactics designed to safeguard and monetize valuable innovation. Maria is fluent in molecular diagnostic and microbiology testing platforms, and microfluidic chip technologies and has first-hand experience in lateral flow assay devices and detection systems, health IT and cloud-based connectivity.
