Overview
Yi Zhou advises clients on patent litigation and prosecution, applying experience across medical device, life sciences, and chemistry technologies.
During law school, Yi served as a certified law clerk in the Major Fraud Unit of the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, conducting legal research, motion drafting, and trial preparation. She also worked in the University of San Diego Entrepreneurship Clinic, advising early-stage companies on trademark registration, entity formation, and contract drafting to support their business foundations.
Before beginning her legal career, Yi worked as a material engineer at Johnson & Johnson and as a patent technician in Bambu Lab.
