Overview
Jennifer assists clients with a variety of intellectual property matters, including patent and trade secret litigation, patent prosecution, and copyright enforcement. Jennifer’s doctoral research focused on organometallic chemistry, and she completed postdoctoral research in organic chemistry. Jennifer brings deep technical knowledge to her practice that touches pharmaceutical, materials, and energy storage technologies.
Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer taught undergraduate chemistry. She held lectureships at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Chapman University.
