Overview
Bailey Arenberg is an associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. She focuses on patent litigation and prosecution, primarily in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology fields.
Bailey graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland, College Park, receiving a Bachelor of Science in the Biological Sciences, with a minor in Law and Society.
Bailey received her J.D. from the Washington University School of Law. While in law school, Bailey was an editor on the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy and treasurer of the Intellectual Property Law Society. She also competed as a member of the Giles S. Rich Patent Moot Court Team and participated in the Intellectual Property Clinic.
Bailey worked as a summer associate at the firm in 2023 and joined the firm in 2024.
