Partner Mauricio Uribe authored the article, "Monkey business: Seth Green’s bored ape NFT and a barrel of IP issues," which was published in World Intellectual Property Review.

The article addresses the IP issues that have arisen around the alleged theft of actor Seth Green’s “bored ape” non-fungible token, and how the theft has highlighted some unsettled IP issues.
