Janet M. Allendorph, Ph.D.
Janet Allendorph’s practice focuses on intellectual property law, with an emphasis on patent prosecution and worldwide patent portfolio management in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology fields. She assists clients with patent prosecution, portfolio development and management, patentability and infringement analysis, and due diligence.
While in law school, Janet worked as a clinical intern for the USC Intellectual Property & Technology Law Clinic, where she assisted in trademark and copyright matters for individuals and small business owners.
Janet earned her Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Southern California. Her graduate work focused on small molecule synthesis and conjugated polymers.
