Overview
Ethan represents clients in intellectual property disputes, with a focus on patent litigation. He has assisted clients in U.S. District Courts throughout the country and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Ethan has worked cases involving a range of technologies, with recent matters covering consumer electronics, medical devices, and industrial transportation.
During law school, he participated in multiple moot court competitions, including the Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Moot Court Competition, and was a member of the Moot Court Board. Prior to attending law school, he obtained his degree in chemical engineering with industry experience in enzyme manufacturing and processing.
