Joseph Re, a litigation partner at Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear, LLP, has been named Orange County Intellectual Property Lawyer of the Year for 2010 by Best Lawyers.
Re focuses his practice on high-stake patent cases at both the trial and appellate levels focusing heavily in the medical device and healthcare fields. Re serves as lead counsel in all of his cases and has secured over $500 million in damages for patent infringement on behalf of his clients since 2006.
