The Federal Circuit affirmed the summary judgment of no infringement to various mobile device makers against a non-practicing entity claiming that its patent covered technology used in all Android devices. Knobbe Martens represented HTC in this win, both in the district court and Federal Circuit. Amy Chun of Knobbe, along with co-counsel for the other defendants, won the case long before trial and without giving into the exorbitant damages demand.
