Lynda Zadra-Symes has experience in U.S. litigation involving all types of intellectual property, with particular emphasis on trademark litigation in Federal Court and in the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She also advises on international trademark, domain name and copyright matters. Ms. Zadra-Symes is a Domain Name Dispute Panelist for the World Intellectual Property Organization (“WIPO”) in Geneva, Switzerland. Before joining Knobbe Martens in 1990, Ms. Zadra-Symes was called to the Bar of England and Wales and trained as a barrister in intellectual property litigation before the UK High Court.
