He focuses his practice on the chemical and pharmaceutical industries and, in particular, he has extensive experience patent portfolio development, counseling, and litigation (including appellate work) under the Hatch-Waxman Act.
Zelkind has also been recognized for his intellectual property litigation practice. He focuses his practice on patent infringement litigation in areas of medical devices and electronics, including appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and trademark infringement actions throughout the United States.
