Overview
Mason Whisnant is an associate in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on patent litigation.
Mason received his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in law school, Mason was a senior managing editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy, acted as a legal writing teaching assistant, interned for the Honorable Sean P. Flynn of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and externed at the Clerk’s Office of Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeals.
Prior to attending law school, Mason received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, during which he interned as a manufacturing engineer in the automotive industry and captained a team of students designing and 3d printing task-specific prosthetic devices for children.
Mason worked as a summer associate at the firm in 2023 and joined the firm in 2024.
