Overview
Elenore Niu is an associate in our Orange County office. Her practice has involved domestic and international trademark law, including trademark selection and searches, prosecution and maintenance, ex parte appeals and inter partes proceedings before the TTAB, portfolio development, monitoring and enforcement of trademark rights, and intellectual property licensing and assignment agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Niu worked as a Trademark Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
