Brian Flynn works with innovators to develop and execute patent strategies that align with business objectives and create a competitive advantage.
His practice focuses on building and managing global patent portfolios, conducting IP due diligence, and providing strategic patentability and infringement analyses. He also brings significant experience in design patent strategy, offering clients an additional avenue to protect product innovation.
Brian represents clients across a range of technologies, with a primary focus on medical devices and mechanical innovations. He has extensive experience counseling clients in medical technologies including vascular robotics, interventional vascular devices, cardiac support and implantable systems, intracardiac access devices, orthopedic surgical tools and implants, respiratory therapy equipment, dental instruments, and drug delivery platforms.
During law school, he served as Secretary of the Intellectual Property Legal Society and as an Articles Editor for the Journal of Law, Technology & Policy.
